Shape, asymmetry or a change in expression concerns you. You are unsure about a proposed plan or want to know whether to wait. A second opinion helps clarify these questions; it is not a remote judgment of another physician’s work.

More precise treatment information makes the discussion more useful. If records are unavailable, say so rather than guessing.

Treatment date, area and product name, if known.

Volume or dose and any records provided.

Before and after photographs, where available, through an agreed private channel.

What concerns you, when it appeared and how it has changed.

Deciding what comes next

An in-person assessment comes first. A next step may be observation, additional examination, another specialist or discussion of treatment. The feasibility of correction cannot be promised from a photograph or description.

When help is urgent

Severe or increasing pain, a marked skin-colour change, visual symptoms or other sudden serious symptoms after treatment require immediate medical assessment. Contact the treating physician or seek emergency care; do not wait for an Instagram reply.

A second opinion begins with examination and facts. It does not automatically mean another procedure is needed.

Can I come after treatment elsewhere?

Yes, you can arrange a consultation about your concerns. Bring previous treatment information where possible.

Can I arrange correction straight away?

Assessment comes first. Feasibility, timing and risks are discussed individually.

Can I post a photograph in comments?

Avoid sharing medical information or records in public comments. Use a private channel agreed with the physician.
